Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packaged with care.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
During high-volume seasons or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $7.95 on all U.S. orders
- Orders ship from Houston, Texas via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient method at the time.
- Estimated U.S. transit time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice: During warm months, our whipped body butters may soften or melt during transit. This is normal and does not change the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your butter arrives melted, please refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes to solidify. Note that melted butter will lose its whipped, fluffy texture and volume. Please track your order and retrieve it immediately upon delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows unusual delays, non-movement, delivery to the wrong address, or a lost/stolen package, please:
- Contact the carrier directly to open a claim:

Please note: The Kayaye Way is not responsible for carrier delays, stolen packages, or delivery errors outside our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. The Kayaye Way is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, immediately email us: support@thekayayeway.com and we will try to correct the address before order fulfillment. Address changes are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand soon—thank you for your patience!
